A Guide to Property Values
A Guide to Property Values lists sales data for houses, flats and units, vacant residential land, and commercial, industrial and rural properties. The data is compiled using information lodged every time a property sale is completed. It provides property statistics for Victoria's 79 municipalities and lists yearly medians by suburb over a ten-year period.
The guide also features graphs and maps that show trends at a glance and includes an analysis of data by the Victorian Valuer-General.

Victorian Property Sales Report
The Victorian Property Sales Report is released quarterly in March, June, September and December.
The Victorian Property Sales Report covers median sale prices by suburb for houses, units and vacant land over a period of 15 months.
The report lists the percentage shift in median prices between quarters as well as the change over a 12-month period. An overall Melbourne metropolitan median sale price and country Victoria median sale price are also included for each property type.
The Victorian Valuer-General provides a summary of activity and highlights where the most significant price changes have occurred.
